Do I need to be technical?
No. If you run a website, a booking system or an app on your own server, we look after its security updates. Reports are written for owners, with a technical appendix for your developer.
Can an AI agent break my production?
Our agents have no direct write access to production. Changes go through pull requests, staging and your tests, and a person approves every merge and every reboot. Each change has a snapshot so it can be rolled back.
How fast are critical vulnerabilities fixed?
Patch delays by severity are written into your contract. Critical vulnerabilities that affect your setup are handled as soon as a fix exists, outside the monthly cycle.
Does this make me unhackable?
No, and nobody can honestly promise that. We close the known holes that automated attacks look for, which is how most small businesses get hit. Zero days, software its maker no longer supports and targeted attacks by well-funded groups are outside what patching can stop.
What access do you need?
For the free audit, your website address is enough for a first outside look. For a deeper audit and the monthly service, read-only access to your servers and code repository, with credentials you can revoke at any time.
Will it help with my cyber insurance?
Cyber insurers now ask how and how fast you apply security updates. The dated monthly report documents exactly that. The insurer's decision remains theirs, so we can't promise a lower premium.
I already have a developer or a hosting company.
Good, we work with them. Your developer reviews our pull requests and keeps building features. If your host updates the operating system, we focus on what they don't cover: your app, its dependencies and its configuration.
Where does my data go?
Our agents read only what they need, and secrets are redacted before any AI model sees a file. An EU option keeps the AI processing in an EU region. Details are on our security page.
What systems do you cover?
Linux servers and the web stacks that run on them, such as PHP, Node.js, Python and Docker, plus the app's own dependencies. Tell us your setup in the audit form; if it is outside what we cover, we will say so.
What happens if I stop?
Every change lives in your own repository, so you keep all of it. We remove our access, delete the credentials you gave us and hand over the documentation.
